Refund Policy

At Moushi Ritual, we pay particular attention to the quality of our products and to customer satisfaction.
This policy sets out the conditions applicable to returns, the exercise of the right of withdrawal and refunds made on the website www.moushiritual.fr.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations in force, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

2. Return conditions

Due to the food nature of the products sold by Moushi Ritual, only products meeting the following conditions may be returned:

  • the product has not been opened
  • the product has not been used
  • the product is returned in its original packaging
  • the product is in perfect resalable condition

Any product that has been opened, used, damaged or whose packaging has been altered cannot be refunded.

3. Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel until it is received by Moushi Ritual. We recommend using a shipping method that allows the parcel to be tracked.

4. Return procedure

Before any return, the customer is invited to contact customer service at: hello@moushiritual.com
The request must specify:

  • the order number
  • the customer's name
  • the reason for the return

Return instructions will then be sent to the customer.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, Moushi Ritual will refund the amount corresponding to the returned product.
The refund will be made using the payment method used for the order, within a reasonable time and no later than fourteen (14) days following validation of the return.
Moushi Ritual reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has actually been received.

6. Products not eligible for refund

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, the following products cannot be refunded:

  • opened products
  • products consumed, even partially
  • products damaged after delivery
  • products returned incomplete or without their original packaging

7. Product received damaged or order error

If the customer receives a damaged product or notices an error in the order, they are invited to contact customer service as soon as possible at: hello@moushiritual.com.
To help process the request, the customer may be asked to provide photographs of the parcel or of the products concerned.
Each situation will be reviewed individually in order to provide the most suitable solution.

8. Order cancellation

An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been prepared or shipped.
Any cancellation request must be sent as soon as possible to:

Once the order has shipped, the return conditions set out in this policy apply.

Moushi Ritual reserves the right to amend this refund and withdrawal policy at any time to reflect legal developments or changes in its activity. The applicable version is the one published on the site on the date of the order.
